Our Mission

The Connecticut Manufactured Home Owners Alliance is a volunteer organization dedicated to empowering residents of manufactured home parks throughout Connecticut. Recognized under Chapter 412, Section 21-84a of the Connecticut General Statutes, we work to educate residents about their legal rights and support them in exercising those rights. Through guidance, advocacy, and community organization, we help residents file complaints, form resident associations, and push for meaningful legislative and regulatory change. We welcome all residents in Connecticut’s manufactured home parks to stand with us in protecting and strengthening our communities.
